We (Gavin Ahearn and Peter Toohey) formed Caviar Music in 2007 as a single point of departure for the variety of musical journeys we regularly found ourselves on. After collaborating on many gigs over the years and sharing an interest in the performance and production of fine music, the creation of caviarmusic.com.au was a logical step.
All the services we offer on this website have evolved out of a genuine love of music and all things involved with it. Some things were learnt through formal education, most through plain curiosity and the "school of hard knocks" that is the life of professional musican.
